About 10 Collyer Quay
Welcome to the Ocean Financial Centre. It is the 8th tallest building in Singapore and it is located at 10 Collyer Quay in Downtown Core, Singapore. Standing at 43-storeys in Singapore’s Financial Centre, Ocean Financial Centre is a Grade-A office building built on the location of the previous Ocean Building. The new building has retained the name of the former Ocean Building and it continues to house many of the tenants from the former office block. Currently, it houses the Honorary Consulate of Cyprus on its 37th floor; most of its other tenants are international financial corporations.
From the moment you step into the Ocean Financial Centre, you’ll be immediately greeted by sleek and modern interiors. The building received the Green Mark Platinum Award recertification by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore in 2019 and the building features a large solar array. It also has an underground retail centre, Ocean Colours, which offers various dining options and amenities.
Ocean Financial Centre is a highly desirable work location. Many major financial institutions and multinational corporations are based in the area and it is strategically located at the intersection of the Central Business District and New Downtown Marina Bay. This makes it a great office space for frequent business travelers and those who want access to famous attractions in the city.
The Changi International Airport is a mere 20-minute drive away from Ocean Financial Centre. The building is also easily accessible through Raffles Place MRT station. An underground pedestrian network connects it to the Raffles Place MRT interchange and the Marina Bay precinct as well. Just a few blocks away, one will find the Esplanade, Theatre on the Bay, and Marina Bay Sands.
For those looking for a luxury office space in CBD with access to both business facilities and entertainment establishments, Ocean Financial Centre is one of the best options for office spaces.
