600 North Bridge Road
Welcome to Bugis Parkview Square. Located at 600 North Bridge Road in Downtown Core, Bugis Parkview Square is an office building known for its iconic and imposing Art Deco style architecture. With unique hand-crafted gargoyles, decorating the building’s brown granite, bronze, lacquer, and glass exterior, many call Bugis Parkview Square Gotham Building due to its resemblance to the architectural style in the fictional Gotham City from the Batman series.
With its outstanding architectural design, Bugis Parkview Square is the place for those who want to stand out. Following the Art Deco style motif, the building lobby features a 15m-high ceiling with hand-crafted details and each floor features column-less offices to accommodate the tenants’ design preferences. There’s even a bar in the lobby with a unique 3-storey gin tower and a female bartender dressed as a fair who retrieves drinks upon request by means of a flying wire apparatus. Outside, one would find an open plaza with an eclectic mix of sculptures, statues, and bronze effigies of some of the most famous figures in world history decorating the area.
Due to its unique architecture and widespread use of motifs, sculptures, and ornamentation, Bugis Parkview Square is undoubtedly one of the most expensive commercial spaces in Downtown Core Singapore. Some of the most prestigious companies and institutions have their offices here, namely, the Honorary Consulate of Oman, the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the Austrian embassy and Mongolian Embassy.
The Art Deco building is also in a great location. It is situated along North Bridge Road, putting it in close proximity of major commercial hubs in the Marina Centre and several transportation facilities such as the Bugis MRT station, Bugis Junction, and The Gateway. There’s also an abundance of amenities around it; there are several international banks, 5-star hotels, restaurants, and shopping centres. The airport is also just a 20 minute ride away.
